Sks-D Gas piston

I need a little help with my Sks-d. I have been restoring it to semi auto, I have a proper gas tube now, I just need to know the length of the gas piston for the D model, also I need the length of the op rod/ gas piston extension. I can't find it on the internet, that why I'm asking for help, thanks.

gary, measure the length of the tube minus the piece of the gas block that protrude into the tube..... to verify measurement, measure the distance from the gas block to the front of the extension rod (in the rear sight).

My SKS-D piston is 221.5mm long if that helps.
