SKS Finally Made It

The SKS is finally available to buy at a retailer in Newfoundland, St.John's to be exact. Coastal Equip. is asking $225 + tax and Complete Gunsmithing is asking $250 + tax, so I found out by myself anyway. The east coast, especially NFLD, is always the last to see anything new, it makes living on an island sometimes unbearable. By the way, how long has the SKS been kicking around in Canada, anybody know? Cheers.

Yeah, its a good thing we have the internet or we'd be back in the days of the coastal boat, or worse still, depending on Marine Atlantic.

Ya, I found the SKS on the net in Feb. and I bought 2 before March was over, they had to come from Quebec but thats all ya can do. Cheers.
