As the title states I am having issues with the hical mag adapter on my sks. I had the adapter 'professionally' installed and it worked for about 150 rounds. Now when I shoot 1 or 2 rounds the magazine in the adapter pushes out and I get a failure to feed. Anyone else have similar issues? I have tried tightening the adapter in different positions and it seems to feed dummy rounds with no issues.. but when I fire live rounds it just pops the magazine out.
