Well, I never thought I'd doctor up an SKS, but I've got two now and I have to be able to tell them apart :p. Initially I liked the Archangel stocks but I want to keep the bayonet. Now I'm looking at the Tapco Intrafuse stock with the slit for the blade bayo. Only thing is, I don't really like the buttstock. Does anyone know if I could put a Magpul CTR buttstock on the Intrafuse rifle stock? Would I have to swap out the buffer tube? Is it Mil-Spec or Commercial-Spec?

I'm not sure but have a hunch that it isn't an ar buffer tube on the tapco stock but rather a proprietary polymer tube made specifically for that m4 style stock that comes on it. You may have to hack that off and retrofit a com or mil spec ar tube setup to actually put the magpul on it. I would assume that if it was an ar stock tube there would be a lot of pictures out there of magpul stocks cause that one that comes on it does feel pretty cheap

I've put a few different commercial sized AR buttstocks on my Tapco stock. Some fit better than others. Something is slightly different with the slots.
