That 90 degree gas block indicates this is one of the original sks designs before they were rebuilt to be more cost effective. A "pre 1950", which, if all parts matching, should by design also have a spring loaded firing pin. These models have always commanded a premium price.

Yes, but it's not. The stock has been replaced with a laminated one and the original spike bayonet has also been replaced with a blade type, so not a collectors gun by any means, hence just a slightly more interesting one than all the regular ones out there...
