SKS kwik rail - help wanted

Hey folks,
I'm finally joined the family of SKS owners and I also bought kwik rail but after I received it, I have realized that I can't install it myself. First of all I don't have a drummer tool:(, second, I can't take rear sight off. Does anyone, who already installed kwik rail, volunteer to help? (Listowel or KW area). PM me and I'll bring the beer too :)
 
ok you don't need a dremmel tool, a small file will work, they can be had for a couple of bucks at CT. the rears sites often have a second pin inside the main one, you have to punch it out the side, a small hammer and an appropriate sized punch ( or drill bit) will work. Then its just a matter of pressing down to pop it into the channel (takes some force), then push back and slide it out.
 
The rear sight can be a real pain a small punch and hammer will get the pin out. Then at the front of the sight press down at about a 45 degree angle with a broad bladed screw driver, handle tilted towards the front. And push the sight out.

Sounds easy, took me 1/2 an hour that pin did not want to leave.

I found a small finishing nail also works to get the small center pin out

This worked for me for rear sight removal.

As for the back retaining pin latch, you'll have to file it out... should be able to get something from canadian tire or home depot to do the trick for like $5.
