Are these internally pinned or external riveted?

If they're like the other ones Quickdraw they're internally "pinned", they have a vertical piece like a big upside down U that attaches to the floor plate. You can take it out for cleaning. I don't imagine Tapco changed their mag design since I last had my hands on one.

Depends on the gun. some skss will run flawlessly with them others wont. factory mag is the most reliable. your mileage may vary

I’ve run them in 2 Russian sks with zero problems or adjustment of any kind.
