I am a person that is not impressed very easy, more of a pessimist than a optimist but these sights for me were unbelievable. They take the place of the stock rear sight. I know what everybody is going to say it is to far away from the eye for a peepsight. I have old eyes that have a hard time keeping focus with the stock sights. It is hard to explain the sight picture you get,sort of like ghost rings on a shotgun. I also have a smaller diameter front post. I also order the optional apertures for individual preference. The Mojo sight is fully adjustable and is made of all metal. After sighting in, good consistent groupings at 100 and 200 meters with surplus ammo. If you are looking for something different in iron sight for a SKS check out their sight for more information.

No problem, my guns are your guns. I have another SKS with this sight that has to be sighted in. There is a good chance I will be there this Sunday.

I've got one of these mojo sights.

The "no international orders" thing must be in the last year or so.

I've shot my SKS with this sight out to 100 yards and it is great. Until I got this sight I had bought into the "SKS's are innacuarate" myth, mostly because I heard it so much and had no experience otherwise. Honestly, at 50 yards off the bench, my rifle shoots 5/8" with commercial ammo. I was absolutely stunned when I went out to check my first target after installing the sight - five rounds in a group I could cover with the end of my thumb.

I have not tried anyone else's aperture sights for the SKS, but these WORK!

impressive .

that "no international order" thing is not so true. I just ordered some for my nagant, it's just 20 USD extra for shipping to Canada.

How is this compared to the tech sights?
From what I have read on this site and others blogs, initial set up can be a pain with tech-sights. I shoot a lot of surplus ammo and clean my rifles after every session. With tech sights you have to remove the sight to remove the top cover for cleaning, they say it holds zero but a lot of people disagree. Maybe the Sly old Fox can chime in here I think he has these sights. I do use the tech sights front .047 front post.

Williams has the same type of sight at a much lower price.
What sold me on the Mojo sights over Williams was that the Mojo was all steel and more robust. The Mojo has replaceable apertures in .150", .120", .090". I like the smaller .047 front post over the thicker fire sight. The Mojo is only $12.00 more. In my opinion the Mojo is a better sight over Williams

check out the new mojo's like i ordered with the clicking marked disc to make notes for elevation and distance. I beleive thhose pics are the old mojo which has been improved for exactly what your asking;

Mojo does not make the MicroClick version for the SKS. It would be nice to count the clicks when you shoot at 100 and 200 meters. I have found on the older Mojo sights I change the elevation 1/4 turn on the elevation screw between 100 and 200 metrers, works good.
