sks muzzle break that allows bayonet?

Call me old fashioned, but I like the looks of the bayonet on my sks, but I would like to put on a muzzle break on it. Does any one know of a way to do both? Not interested in comments about why it does/doesnt need a break, or does/doesnt need a bayonet.

Could you cut the loop that goes around the barrel off and have it go that way? Thanks in advance folks!!

No break i know will work with the bayo, you need the barrel tip exposed for the bayo to lock on....

If you install muzzle device on your SKS, then your bayo will only serve as monopod. The only way to make it work as intended is to have a tab welded on the bayo handle in L shape instead of muzzle ring and a hook at the bottom of the brake. Then when you ingage it, L shape tab will swing up and hook up with the hook on muzzle brake and spring tension will keep it in place. Just make sure you have a screw type muzzle brake as other types will fly off with few shots.

Attache the muzzel device to the bayonet / barrel ring, weld or thread it on just make shure that you have clearance for the wiggle of the bayonet, over bore the muzzel device to compensate bullet contact is not good!

I cut the loop off...works ok. ..after looking at Yugoslavia bayonet I would notch both bayonet and muzzle break ...will be trying this

Just don't go to all that work only to put on a cheap pin on or clamp on Chinese brake.

Thought about adapting an FN flash hider to the SKS. Either thread it on, or have it under the bore akin to the SMLE.
