I was going through a few things in the basement and found my SKS oil bottle, it is the metal one with two spouts. Does anyone use theirs? If so what for? Do they hold liquid without leaking? I was thinking lindseed oil in one and gun oil in the other. Would make a good piece of kit for treating an axe handle or keeping metal from rusting.

I've always wanted to use it for this, but they come wickedly packed in cosmo and I use Varsol to clean off the cosmo. There is a bit of varsol/cosmo juice in the bottom that I don't think is very healthy.

Clean it out the best you can with rubbing alcohol. Then fill it up with rubbing alcohol and let it sit for a month Drain, rinse, then fill one with JD and the other with CC.:)

I would not drink anything from that oil bottle "god knows what the soviets put in it lol"

Remember in Soviet Russian cancer beats you ;)

Beat me to it but I was going to say ,Scotch/Bourbon,,,cardhu/woodford reserve ,and a couple stogies in the ammo pouches ,,mayyybe Montecristo #2's! Once the zombies are all destroyed ya gotta celebrate!

I like your style friend, but with all that high $ booze and tabacco is there any $ left for another crate of 7.62x39?....it's all about balance:D
