Where can I buy a replacement hammer spring for an SKS? I've looked at the Wolf Springs but they say they are 'reduced strength', and I want to make sure the spring I have is at least the same 'strength' as a standard military one, so as to work well with military surplus ammunition. I know Marstar, at one point, sold parts, but they are all but sold out. Where else can they be found?

I have the wolf spring set and I have had zero issues with it. I shoot surplus and mfs ammo and I haven't had one failure to fire in maybe 800 rounds.
 
If you need a new hammer spring do hesitate getting Wolff springs. Qualiliy springs. They have a performance pack which includes a hammer and sear spring. They will sweeten up the trigger.
