SKS plastic handguard

Folks,

My SKS is mounted on a Tapco INTRAFUSE Stock System that has Picatinny/Weaver rail on the handguard. The rail is in the way for me to properly mount a scope in scout configuration.

Can anyone recommend replacement handguards that do not have rails that will be lower than what I currently have?

frontier had a bunch of ATI handguards but theyre sold out. its a plastic version of the original wood handguard. SKSman dot com has steel ventilated handguards with and without shell deflectors as well.

This is a Tapco black handguard without the weaver rail. PM me if you are interested...

Do yourself a favor and order a complete unit from SKS Man. Removing the old one can be very frusterating. Around $50 US I believe.
