Sks question

Hi guys I have my Sks in a tapco stock that doesn't have a rail on the bottom. Can I buy a rail that attaches or screws into the bottom of the tapco stock? Was thinking about putting a front grip on it. Thanks Jesse.

Sure you can, buy a 4 or 5 inch picatinny rail from ebay or somewhere. Then drill holes in the stock, mount rail and your grip.

Is your stock cut for a bayonet? This could make mounting a rail a little more challenging. If not, like hunterinthewoods says it should be no problem to get one off eBay or somewhere. However, I notice that its getting harder and harder to get any sort of gun parts shipped to Canada from eBay sellers in the US. Hi Calibre might have what you need up here. Just a suggestion.
