SKS rear sight info needed???

Is there such a thing as a rear sight for an SKS that will allow windage
adjustment?
If so please provide a link, a name, etc

I believe they are called "tech sights" and a peep style sight is mounted to the rear of the receiver cover, but I wouldn't waste my time/money on it. Sks was designed to shoot, not be accurate

The front sight can be moved for windage for zeroing purposes.

If you are thinking of one that allows adjustment for windage under daily shooting conditions similar to a target or U.S. Military type sight, then I am not aware of one.

As mentioned, the SKS was designed for simple Russian peasants to shoot with a minimum of training. It was designed for close range warfare, based on WWII experiences fighting the Germans where the ranges were well under 300 yards (meters).
