Ummmm yeah, SKS's are non-restricted (except paratrooper models which are restricted due to barrel length). Any chicom SKS you purchase in Canada will be non-restricted, though.

And in case you ask about them next the "paratrooper" versions were made up for marketing to North America...the Chinese never issued any such animal to their troops...they most likely threw them out of the planes with type 85s...
