SKS scope mount

hey there im sure there is probably already a thread on this I just couldn't find it. im looking to mount a scope to my sks just wondering if anyone has used the following mount

and if so how did it work for you? pretty cheaply priced does it do the job? or are there better option and if so your input would be appreciated!
