Just watching some youtube videos on the Bullpup conversion for the SKS by SGWorks. I was wondering if anybody in Canada has found a way to order one, I have yet to find a Canadian site that has any of these.
Here is the link to SGWorks website if that helps:

Thanks in advance for any help.

Nope not legal. Any bullpup in which you can still shoot the firearm once it's been removed from the stock is not legal. You basically need something designed from the ground up as a bullpup.

I don't quite understand. It is illegal because you can fire the firearm when it is removed from the stock? Wouldn't that make all stock mods illegal?

Bullpup is a firearm configuration in which the action and magazine are located behind the trigger. This increases the barrel length relative to the overall weapon length, permitting shorter weapons for the same barrel length, saving weight and increasing maneuverability. It alternatively allows for longer barrels on weapons of the same length, which can increase muzzle velocity. Higher muzzle velocities result in flatter trajectories, a longer effective range, and, in some cases, increased lethality.

I just read it on the Canadians firearms act.

After market illegal-bullpup stocks usually have a "doo-hickey" that goes from the new trigger and connects to the original, now hidden trigger (this is illegal as the gun can still be shot when removed from the stock).

bullpups designed from the ground up as a genuine "bullpup" do not have second triggers hidden in the rear of the rifle. When the barrel and components are removed from the stock, the rifle cannot be shot.

At least that is how I understand it. Stupid, I know.
