SKS Sight Tool Alternatives

I can't find an SKS front sight adjustment tool in Kelowna and I want one TODAY. I was planning on stopping by Princess Auto to see what I could find. Does anyone know any good alternative tools to adjust the elevation post with ease? I was thinking about one of those rotor-style irrigation head tools. Does some tool exist that is basically a long narrow female flat head screwdriver (if that makes sense)?
 
For windage, i use a small bench vise with nuts as spacers to drift the sight from side to side. For the elevation, i take a 3/8 bolt about 2 inch long, at the tip of the bolt i cut a small channel to fit on the post, i use this for my cz858 and svt 40 post as well. For the sks post only, needle nose plier with the jaws wrapped with electric tape,to not scratch can work too if the jaws are slim enough.
