I messed up. I was so stoked on showing up at a range with like 20 stripper clips ready to go, I ignored all the ratings from Amazon.ca and decided to order anyways. These stripper clips suck, and as described, none fit.

Again, this is my fault. Plenty of warning.

Has anyone found a viable company or manufacturer that sells stripper clips online or otherwise? I'm in Ontario here. Just looking for an alternative to fumbling around and loading them individually after my standard 1953 stripper clips are used up.

Thanks very much!

They seems to be the exact same one you'll find any where including in clipped ammo box.

If I may ask what type of magazine are you using with your SKS?

I use stripper clips for fast reloads in competition. I find the clip is a fairly snug fit into the clip guide, so I use a straight file to make the guide a little wider and more open. It is an invisible mod. The clips drop in easily.

The ground at many ranges is littered with clips.

Why not buy the Czech ammo already on clips?

This.

Budget Shooter Supply has the cases of 1200 rounds of Czech surplus pre-loaded on stripper clips for $225 + free shipping. The Czech ammo boxes are pretty good to - latch and hinge box, makes for great storage, surprisingly well made for a "disposable" ammo box.

The ammo itself is so-so. At the lower end of group size for surplus ammo in my rifles, but good enough for plinking.

Budget +2 will cost an additional $8.00 for shipping. Just received a case last week, clips fit and strip fine. Goes boom every time. I am not a good enough shot yet to be able to see a difference in accuracy.

Yes do this, its what I did now I have 120 stripper clips that work fine.
