I wish I could upload pictures but for some reason I can’t right now. I normally can.

Anyways I have picked up a non refurbished Russian sks but I have no idea what year it is it’s not labeled on the top like some of the refurbished ones I have.

Is there any links out there to help me identify it and the value

I can send pictures to someone to help me out thank you!

You sure it's not refurbished? A lot of people presume this based on what they are told but there are a few telltale signs (aside from the refurbishment marks like the box / rectangle with the diagonal line through it or a forced matched serial number). Similarly lots of people think they are getting a brand new or unused one because it's in cosmoline. Not the case. A guy I met last week told me his was not refurbished because all the serial numbers "match". I took a look - his stock had ###Xed out old serial number and forced matched it. And the dustcover had the refurb mark.

Year on the dustcover / top does not indicate refurbishment. Both refurbed and non refurbs can bear the year of manufacture on the dustcover.

If yours is a Russian, unless it's a letter edition (55-58), you should have the year on the dustcover and on the left side of the stock along with the arsenal logo (Tula or Izhevsk). If it's a common 52-54 it should be on the original reddish brown arctic birch wood stock and one cross bolt on the stock (not two) and the arsenal cartouches around the left side of the cross bolt.
