Sks with no dates or armory stamps

I can't find any information on where this is from? It has no stamps from any armory.
It has details from many different types of manufacturers, I'm hoping that some of you guys can shed some light on it.

Thanks for the info ... It was in really good shape, I was just curious as to the lack of markings...

Didn't think it was special really, I just haven't owned one without armory markings or date stamps
 
Those were imported by Marstar about 10 years ago and sold as unissued military rifles. I have one.
 
I've seen them from the early 80's. Blond varnished stock that is slightly thinner than the military stock. Made from parts sourced from the same numerous factories producing individual parts for the military. An excellent write up on SKS varieties exists in the stickies.
