SL-8 Triggers?

A buddy of mine has a H&K SL-8, and after shooting it a bit, we both agree, the trigger is ####. I was expecting a 2 stage military type trigger, but not with creep after the first stage. Enough #####ing though, how can it be fixed? Is there any adjustments in the trigger, how about replacements? Let me know, as i am sick of him using the trigger as an excuse on missed coyotes.:runaway:
 
I too wish that the SL8 trigger "felt" better, but my complaint is more with the actual pull weight than creep. I find that mine breaks quite clean but is just too stiff. On your friend's rifle you might put a small dab of grease on the hammer in the sear notch - made mine feel a bit smoother.
