Slightly OT - Use of government property mark

Officially it's use ended about 1949. The RCMP had complained that there was so much surplus on the market that had the mark, that it had become useless. Unofficially though, it still got marked on some items even until the 1960s. It would seem that if the drawings for an item had the C/l\ in them, the manufacturer would still make the item based on the drawings. The latest I have seen the mark was on early 60s KFS (knife/fork/spoon).

Your 60s KFS w/C Broad Arrow, beats mine of 1952 made by Silco.
