My wife and I do a lot of walking/hiking in the hills and woods around here.
What sling type is going to be most suitable - single point, double point, convertible .... ?

Pics if you can.

Double point. I think a single point will balance funny where the sling mount is on the stock. Walking in the woods with a single point will subject the muzzle to a lot of dings and scrapes. Get a convertible if you just want options but I use the factory double sling and it works just fine.

Savy Sniper Slings is all I will say. It is the official sling IWI US sells, convertable style.

Red Deer Shooting Center carries them. I am just waiting for the next shipment to pick up another FDE one.
I knew you would show up sooner or later! Yeah, the US Tavor slings are pretty skookum. I'm still using the Canadian seatbelt on mine but the Tavor isn't my competition gun so I'm not worried about it.
Hope your Elcan issue in your other post goes well!

I currently use a Specter 2 point, with a built in bungie, very nice sling. Sadly, I don't know of anyone who carries them, because I want another one!
