Sling loop on Colt Canada C8

Does anyone knows if the Sling loop on the C8 are genuine Colt Canada C8 SWF ( thus unavailable commercially ) or manufactured by another company.( available ? ) ..All my search were a dead end ! !
An old version of G&G was the closest
 
That's a newer style. If you wanted to re-create a C8FTHB or earlier SFW the single sling loop on the left side would be correct. None of the in-service C7A2's that I have seen to date have the new sling loop. I have not seen the new C8's.

IMHO, the new one just puts more angles pointing outwards to catch on your gear and dig into you. The single loop could be made to be switched over from left to right to accommodate the user. Another useless POS like the new charging handle.

We would be better served with the push button sling loop and receiver extension castle nut that accepts mounting from either side. Sew the loop onto the sling so it's not lost and nothing extra protrudes from the weapon.

I would have loved a qd flush cup receiver end plate. I almost want one, but not enough to destake the CC castle nut. I'll just buy a HK clip.

I also shoot left, but hated the CC CFcharging handle. Raptor was way to go.
