Sling mount advice please

Hi,
I have a BFG sling on the way and need advice on mounts for my norc m4.

I have a free float rail on the front. What sling mounts would you recommend. I do not have the sling yet though, so Im not sure what to expect on it.
I do like the idea of quick release swivels if anyone can suggest something.

Cool. You'll like it.

The VCAS comes ready to mount on the M4. It will fit through the slot in the buttstock and tie into any sling loop at the front.

If you don't have a sling loop at the front then I'd suggest the ACE rail mounted sling loop which will mount onto the side rail.

The VCAS does have a quick release fastex buckle at the back, which can also be switched to the front if you want.

On a different note, which vortex strikefire mount would you suggest of the two high models for AR to co witness with magpul flip ups. I see one is lower 1/3 the other is absolute, just want to be sure this would still be the case with the magpuls.
