Sling mount ideas?

Hi guys,

My AR is now complete....for now.

And im looking for a good sling mount and sling that attaches single point on the reciever plate, and possibly one that will fill the gap between the collapsed stock and reciever?

What are you guys using? Pics?

Daniel Defense makes a nice one that takes a quick disconnect swivel.

For an AR the Blue Force Gear VCAS sling is the only way to go.


Couple options for sling hook up I would suggest would be the Daniel Defense Sling plate or EZ Car sling mount.

Otherwise the way I run mine is on the opposite side of the buttstock and hook it in with a push button.

If you have some sort of slot on your buttstock the VCAS will attach directly to it.

Vickers, best slings out there...if you have the push button option I would go with that.

Personally I actually use an Urban ERT, just because I got so many different mash hooks and clips and adapters with it when I bought it.

The problem I have with those style of mounts is when you shoot quite a bit, that swivel will jam into your hand every so often.

Does anyone actually use the ACS-L sling mount? I see lots of acsl with them bolted on but no one using them
