Sling mount options for Ithaca 37

I have an Ithaca M87, parkerized, same gun as the 37.
The front swivel peg is missing, what are my options to get a sling on to this Shotgun? Replacing the swivel stud is one option(if I can find one), but what else is out there for it?

I'am thinkng You don't have any other options.Replace swivel stud,not sure if you can get just the stud though.
Check Uncle Mikes,thats where I got ones for mine,they should have something.

Nothing at uncle Mikes for the Ithaca, I had seen a photo here of a secondary plate that goes behing the barrel lug, but it was for a 870, was kinda hoping to find one like that.

I picked up mine at Wholesale sport,But that was ...well it was a long time ago,the part # is UMK1431,they might not make them any more,not much demand,and only stock thats out there left,the cost is only $15-20 IIRC,

you should be able to get a gunsmith to make something up for it ,shouldn't be that diffacult.
