Sling stud for Savage Model 24

I have a Model 24 I want put a sling on it. The problem of course is that the Model 24 disassembles by just pulling the forestock off, so screwing a sling swivel stud into it wouldn't work. Does anybody know of a source for a band mounting around a 20 ga barrel? Thanks.

Uncle mikes makes barrel clamps. google them to get a part # and then start checking the usual places Cabellas etc.
