Sling Swivel rail adapter

Looking to fit a picatinny rail to my existing stock sling swivel. Any suggestions of the best hardware that avoids drilling into or damaging the stock in any way?

The Caldwell adapter is pretty inexpensive and works quite well.

Tom at GBT sells B&T pic rails that mount using sling studs. I have one on my HMR, it's solid.
