Hi guys, what type of slings are y'all using? I only have hunting style slings, the bungee type. I would like to get QD's on my 10/22 and my Savage chassis and share between them.

You can change out the attachments on the RO, but I'm not sure why you would want to.

I don't have the Armageddon Gear sling, so I can't directly compare. I like the RO one, as do many others, but have heard great things about the Armageddon Gear one as well. Can't go wrong with either.

Changing out the attachments was just in case you shared the sling for different rifles with different attachment points.

Why is that? Plenty of people using bungee slings with great success down south. Not only is a bungee more comfortable for long carry sessions, but really helps you get "locked in" by applying tension through the bungee.


 
It is funny the regional differences.

You see folks in the SE USA using slings (Regina M, etc) and then in the PNW I think I saw a guy using one to carry his gun b/w stages.

Regina uses the RO one and she knows what is going on.
