Well I picked some up to try. Been reading some of the debate and some "industry pros" recommend it. More to follow once it arrives and I give it a trial.Anyone out there currently using it? I'm still sorting out the grease vs no grease debate for the M4 line of rifles.

When I first started using it on my rifle's at work, I could immediately feel the difference after applying it. Working the action with the SLIP compared to CLP was night and day. Over the months I continued to use it and was continually blown away by it's performance.
I used it overseas on my last tour, and trusted it implicitly.
It is a tad pricey, but worth every penny if you want the best for your semi-auto rifle. However I have little experience with SLIP aside from using it extensively on the AR, M249, and SIG 220 platforms.

Absolutely, the AR15 FOW is designed to be run wet, period. Anyone who says otherwise is talking out of their.... well, you know.
As to how to run other rifles with slip, I couldn't say. What works for one may not work for another. For example, my Garand is designed to be greased, and that's what makes it run beautifully. There is also a large community that insists my P220 should be greased (albeit with a very different grease from what my Garand gets), but I've run my P220 hard with CLP/Slip and never had an issue, so I am hesitant to switch.

I ordered direct from Slip2000, had to email them to make it happen but it was a fairly simple process.
I had been using Hoppes 9 on my LMT and decided it wasn't good enough. Did some research (elsewhere) and decided Slip 2000 was the way to go. I ordered direct from Slip 2000. You can use the online order form, but you will end up getting an e-mail to confirm shipping. Also, I should note, shipping cost me almost as much as the oil.
