Slow processing

I read on their site that it takes around 2 days to process an order so I have been waiting.

I put my order in on August 2nd, and it still has not been processed. So far it has been a total of 4 business days.

I Emailed them early yesterday still with no response, so I just called in to the store now, and they said "it should go out by Friday" CLICK.

I can't say I am too happy with this service.
 
Unless im mistaken canada ammo is in bc. Monday was a stat holiday for bc. So that would mean friday and tuesday since you placed the order thursday and today is wednesday. So the order will be procwssed probably today or tomorrow and shipped friday. So really youre only looking at three maybe four working days to get your order processed, packaged, and shipped.
 
Well I would include Thursday, seeing how I put in the order 7AM EST. So whenever they open it would already be "in the system" So I would count that as a day. Also I am aware that Monday was a holiday as it was here in Ontario. The way I see things is Thursday, Friday, Tuesday and Wednesday because by the sounds of it, its not going out today. So if I put it in 4 hours earlier so 12AM PST it would than be counted as a business day? The way I see it, it was in before the store was open, so its pretty much like me putting it in at 12AM PST. Should count as a business day.

The site also says "Most stocked items ship within 2 business days of the receipt of your order". So let's say Thursdays doesn't count as a "business day", it going out on Friday would count as the 5th business day.
 
We try our best but are about a week behind due to a huge number of orders flooding in. We expect to have the backlog cleared by the end of the week.
 
Is it just me or is anybody else getting annoyed with these kind of posts. Granted some are legit but so many are not needed. At least give the company a chance to make things right before going on here and making a rant, that does nothing but make the OP sound ridiculous.

For example back in may I sent a scope to bushnell for warranty. Took about a week to get there. Then it say there for a month before even being looked at. No more than two emails were exchanged. One I sent to make sure they received it, they did. A couple weeks went by with no word on the status. One more email and I was informed they about a month behind with repairs. No problem, I'm a patient person. Couple more weeks go by and they email me saying the scope is being completely replaced. Great I thought. So a week later a new scope shows up. I open it up check it out and find out there's an issue with the illuminated reticle. I phone them, was very polite asked them how they would like to handle it. They paid for return shipping and sent me a another scope the next day, even before receiving the faulty one. #### happens people, give companies a chance to make it right, and in my experience more often than not they will.
 
I think it`s just this day and age, where we can get better results if we make it public.

CanAm said they were back logged, which I was not aware of. If I had known that I would not have said anything. I agree I probably did jump the gun a little bit though.

Truth be told, I will probably order from them again. (Waiting on the Glock/1000rnds deal)

So I apologize to CanAm.
 
Tactical the difference though is you got an email stating they wereca month behind schedule. Sometimes all it takes is a message saying "we are behind schedule please be patient". Communication is important.

Very true, I did get en email saying that, however this was after a couple weeks had passed, not a couple days. I do agree good communication can stop problems from escalating, I just think some times people are to hasty in getting upset over such little issues.
 
what I dont get is the person said it would be shipped by the end of the week on the phone, you got the same response hear. What was the point of all this?
 
It amazes me how many folks on CGN seem to love getting kicked in the nuts by the reatailers. Stop making excuses for the dealers peeps...garbage service is garbage service.

If you're backlogged say so up front before you take the money. I bet you didn't ingnore this guy when it came time to write down his credit card #.
