Received transfer notification in the mail from CFC one week ago (Jan 12th) for an order placed with you on Dec. 28th. Received notice that the order was shipped from SFRC only today, one full week later. Is it just me or is that a bit slow??
 
No because your CFO probably never sent us anything saying it was approved. We called the CFC on Tuesday/Wed and went thru every gun that we hadn't recieved anything on and found 30+ that they hadn't faxed us approvals. I can't ship something if they don't tell me it's approved. If you can pm me your name and order # I'll look up the particulars for you.

Sent by PM but I'm putting this here as well so others can see this as it is a common qn.

The firearm was sent on the 18th...if you look at the bottom of the tracking # info on the link we sent you there are multiple parcels in your order. The one with the DK is the firearm....DK in a code means signature required.

Rest of the info you need is in the PM and email I sent you.

You NS & NB guys/gals, make sure you remind your CFO's to fax the transfer approvals if you are talking to them. NB says they are a mail only facility and won't fax anything.

Other CFO's miss stuff once and a while but those are the two main ones at the moment.
 
Hey this is for Ryan as well. I ordered something form you guys over a week ago and have not heard anything back from you guys at canadaammo, I have sent 2 email asking about the status of the transfer and no one responded to me? would you please let me know why this is? Thank You

I myself have had akward dealings with the website. Sent in a Few difrent e-mails with questions to never hear a word back. Had to phone in to get a reply, then tryed to place an order on the phone to only get "No, use the web site." Ok then, placed my order, e-mailed a copy of my Pal. I sat Around for almost 2 weeks, still heard nothing. Phoned in again to see how things are going, got this as a reply " We don't have your Pal" . I told them it was e-mail with all the order nu,vers attached and such. then I was placed on hold, moments lator " Oh, guess we missed it, here it is" . This is Not so much a complaint but just another voice sayying just dealing with a web site and then feeling pushed aside does sit to well with costomer service. Its now on its way and I look forward to getting it. Thx
 
I've got extra staff on this week getting stuff out. With people getting tax returns back we have had double the orders and double the emails to reply to. I hope to have everything caught up over the next few days.

On a side note another skid of zombie ammo arrived the other day and 70 more zombie orders have started shipping.
 
relax people! your not going to combat next week. Why is everyone in a rush? I waited 8 months for left hand ruger lol

8 months, that's brutal, i would've just taken the 40min drive to pick one up somewhere. there is no need to wait 8 months.

unfortunately in this day and age, rush rush rush is what its all about. Not always my cup of tea, but i also wouldn't want to wait weeks upon weeks for something i'm paying my hard earned money for. a couple weeks can be understandable, but any longer and i'd be starting to get antsy.

That Ruger wasn't from us but it was probably when Ruger was back ordered. Left handed rifles can be a pain to order some times.
 
I agree with "frenchyguy" I have dealt with SFRC a few times and have found face to face and phone the way to go. Email can get really backed up I am sure and then things get missed. Overall good service though.
 
I had a great SFRC experience myself,

Email order sent in about a week ago for .45ACP and 6.8SPC with my PAL faxed the next AM. UPS confirmation this afternoon for item ready for pickup by them.

This mean less then 2 weeks total from order to delivery, that is perfectly acceptable in my opinion, plus as Chemist pointed out it's tax return time.

All this with not a single complication. (Almost too easy... LOL, I still say someone should invent an ignition interlock type system for late night browsing.

GG&G Orders

Hi Ryan,

In regards to your previous posting regarding GG&G order requests. I've PM'd you a couple of times but have never heard anything back. Does that mean you are no longer taking requests or you havent caught up with your responses?

oh my statement was just in general, i`m not here to point fingers. just stating that the world today is getting faster and faster information wise and people expect things to be rushed and quick.

i`ve never had any longer than a week or so wait with the ammosource, so i`m not complaining.
