Slowed down ammo/firearms order processing due to RCMP portal issues

Hey guys,
just wanted to give you heads up that RCMP Business Web Services that we usually use to check PALs has been having issues for past few weeks so have to resort to alternative methods of verifying customers PALs for purchases that require them.
Order are still going out, it is just that this adds a lot of overhead and potential back and forth with customers.
Thank you again for your support and patience.
They promised to have this fixed soon. Fingers crossed.

PM us for the shipping quote, they fall just out of the weight level for the parcel shipment so they have to go out by Day and Ross and shipping varies depending on location even within the province.

Duo, zoom, FaceTime, skype! Just like face to face, you can see the buyer and their card together etc. Same as a walk in, quick and easy!

I think we managed to take care of all of them so far...once we get though the Firearms Business Service folks are nice to deal with, and it is not that we do not like to talk to them just takes a lot of time.

portal is down again and now they are not even answering the call so we will keep trying both.
So ammo shipments and transfers initiations will might be slower.
Lets hope it is just a temporary glitch.
