SLR uppe and mags

I put it together. Mags work fine with just the lower. Put the upper on it with and without bolt carrier and i have to slam the mags in. Have a ##### of a time removing them. This is all mags. Lar15, usgi tour mags, etc.

Anyone show me where the material is that needs to go? Thank you

Look for the rub/contact marks. Remove slowly.
