Slug gun optics

What would be suitable for an 870 smooth bore slug gun.Shots would be certainly inside 90 yds.Scope,Red Dot or Hollowsight?
 
Depends on the temps where you are during the season. All three will work, but the last thing I want to have happen is to miss a shot after freezing for 5 hours on the stand because my batteries crapped out because they were cold (it does happen) All three of my slug guns (I know.......but I'm a Gunnut) wear Trophy 1.5-5X32's. I love that scope for these guns.

hummm, I would have to say nothing better than open sights for such a short range rig... if you don't like it, upgrade to a peep...

Just noticed there's about 3 threads asking this question... Personally, based on experience with other Bushnell 3200 scopes and a budget I would choose one of a few scopes from Bushnell. The 3200s, 2-6x32 ($320, 32-2632M), 1.5-4.5x32 ($246, 32-1545M or the 4200 1-5-6x36 ($459 32-1636M)

These are designed to be used on shotguns, and are suited to the recoil, etc.
