Shooting sabots.

If I sight in to be 2" high at 100 yards, will that allow me to hold dead on target from 0 -150 yards and still hit the vitals of a deer.

Will depend of the drop of your slug. The best way is to look at the balistic charts for the ammo you have but even better would be to try it at the range. Will a sabot still have enough punch at 150 yards, I dont know. Remington had a software that would calculate balistics. Should check to see if they have it for sabot.

really depends on a multitude of factors. Sabot slugs are not all created equal and should really be range tested to be sure. You want answers on sabot slugs for shotguns...PM Big Redd! The amount of $$$ an dtime he has gone through shooting slugs has made him very qualified to comment

Remington Core-Loct Ultras...
With the Remington 22 inch rifled barrel you should zero your gun at 150 yards.. you will be anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 inches high @ 100 yds... and approximately 6-8 inches low @ 200 yds.
Run a patch through after every few shots using sabot solvent and a lightly oiled patch. Sabots are ignorant for fouling your barrel with plastic and if you don't keep the plastic out you will not be happy with your accuracy.

Yeah sounds good b... I need to burn some powder... I have not shot the Benneli Slug Gun or the T/C yet... too damn busy for a retired guy.
