Slugs

I'm just wondering if anybody reloads their own slugs and has decent accuracy with them. Is it cheaper in the long run and can you make improvements over factory ammo and what do you need to do it. I'm just curious as it would add another reason to buying a shotgun press. Thanks

I reload slugs and they are as good as factory and sometimes better.

I pay a friend 50 cents each. It isn't cheaper, but I have the knowledge that I loaded them and enjoy them.

It gets real cheap if you cast your own... otherwise, slugs are pretty hard to come by. You can also use 0.690" lead round balls... They carry a little more weight.

The best thing about reloading is that you can taylor your load...
