small pistol primers

Any idea when you will get more stock?

You can try small rifle primer instead of small pistol if you are using a un-modified hammer pistol. Lots of IPSC guy use rifle primer on their 9 major.

A civilian rifle primer is as hard as a military pistol primer.

You should try it. If don't work, send the primers back, no question ask.

This works for me, I found all of my carbines (S2K, CX4, Rossi R92) have no problem lighting of SR primers so it streamlined my purchasing. Saving my remaining small pistol primers for my 8mm French Ordnance antique revolver.

I just looked at the specs and they are very close between SP and SR. The all fire/no fire range is very similar (sensitivity)

Interesting. Thank you. How are your stocks of large pistol? I should order another flat or two...

Will there be any magnum primers in the next shipment? I have found the regular SP primers excellent for most of my loads but I could use some hotter primers for loads using slower powders.

I don't want to put words in anyone's mouth, but I have heard that since the basics have been selling decently they're going to bring in an expanded line. I know I'm interested in whatever will light off the more PITA ball powders in 357 and 556. Or I could be lying. We'll know in a few months.
