Been looking to experiment with some slug reloading. Not a high a round count just a box or two at at time.
Read some articles on home made shot shell reloading and using pre primed hulls. But I have a soft spot for mechanical gear. There are some pretty popular new presses that can be very affordable but I really prefer all steel last a life time tools. Ideally some vintage press. I’d like to size used hulls and reprime and fold or cut and roll crimp. I don’t mind spending time behind the press so speed is not high on my list. Just quality and value for consistent reloads.

Any suggestions for vintage setups or a single stage press that was of good quality.

my vote for good "vintage" options:
hornady / pacific 366 for progressive
ponsness warren 375 for single stage

if you want to reload steel based hulls then a mec with collet sizing is better, like a sizemaster, grabber or 9000
or get the stand alone collet sizer.
