Small Rifle Primers... Who has them?

Does anybody have sml rifle primers in stock in Canada?

Alternatively, has anybody ever reloaded .223 Rem with lower charges of faster burning powder (like H4198) using sml Pistol primers? Or is it just a very dumb idea?

IMO do not use pistol primers in a rifle cartridge.
They cannot contain the pressures that a rifle charge can generate and can blow the primer back out of the case. I have never seen it happen but I hear it can ruin your day.

I just bought 4000 Federal 205 match primers from Bashaw sports,but they are located in Alberta.
