I was on the Smith website the other day and noticed these new pocket pistols. I was wondering if anyone can get a hold of one of these and if so could it be converted to a restricted firearm (I believe so considering it seems to meet all criteria except for barrel length)

IIRC there is not a lot of "after market" longer barrels available for S&W semi-autos. At least to make a 'prohib' to 'restricted' conversion economical.

And I agree, it would look a little funny with a "stick out" barrel anyway.

On the left side of the gun I see a Takedown Latch, a Slide Release, and a Safety? Why the heck did they put a safety that's a 1911 style only on one side instead of both sides (ambidextrous) or no safety lever but a trigger style safety like their Sigma? Stupid if you ask me.
