Smith capable of turning my Krieger blank into a Mini-14 barrel in Canada?

I'm aware of those guys stateside, Accuracy something or other that do the heavy Mini barrels and oversize gas blocks, but after a shop in Canada who can do such work from a blank. Dlask was my first thought, but it's already after hours and would appreciate other brainstorming. I'd need a custom oversize gas block as well naturally. Trying to decide whether to roll with this project or not, need an accurate stainless carbine and really like the Mini's function. If I can attach my Krieger to it, it's exactly what I'm after.

Have you checked with Casey at Tac Ord? I have always been very satisfied with the work he has done. I send all my custom work there.

That was Brobee that did the 300 black out mini. Casey does awesome custom work.
