After researching replacing the rear sight on my Norc M305, i started looking for sights. Brownells carries the Smith Enterprises National Match rear sight. The hooded rear aperture and 1/2 moa windage and elevation adjustment are selling points for me. Im thinking of pairing it witht he SE NM .062" front sight. Has anyone installed one on their M14 yet? Any insight as to a supplier in Canada? Heres a link to give you an idea what im looking at.

Awesome, thanks for the tip Grizz. Much better price for the sights and adjuster. How are you liking the hooded aperture?

It was good. I sold the gun with those sights on it, and will probably set up my current Norinco with the same. I had a Garand mechanism and the target sights. Best used during good lighting. A smaller aperture limits light and would not be suitable for field use in evening light in my opinion. Great at the range though or in full daylight.

I enjoy shooting different guns so I go through a few guns over the years. Still have my 1st Norinco M14s though.
