Smith for adding a tactical knod on handle

Does anybody have a gunsmith and/or machinist that they have used and trust to add a tactical knob to the bolt handle of a Remington M700?
Closer to Quebec the better but I do not mind shipping to a good smith out of province

Likely lots of options out east, I've dealt with JC of JC's Custom Barrels in NB and know he has a jig for his lathe and does them.

I'm personally not a fan of oversized knobs, however Guntech did the nicest install I've seen.

Better option VS the knob is to have the entire bolt handle swapped for a longer one and then run a Badger Ordinance mini tactical knob, that's what I run on my Rem 700's, and is the perfect setup.
