Smith & Wesson Model M&P22 Legal?

Hey I was looking around at some handguns in 22LR and I stumbled across Smith & Wesson Model M&P22? specs say its 4.1" depending on your rounding it either meets our 105mm or is just under by less than a half millimeter.

Does anyone know if its legal or even sold by one of our dealers?

Hasn't made it to Canada yet.

i would love one of these but I think its a waiting game until production is ramped up and some one starts making a 106mm barrel. Maybe Questar or someone is looking at doing this the same they have been importing the Glock 19. It would probably push the price up into the same range as the centre fire M&P's.

If that is the case, then there is absolutely no point.

I'd rather see .22LR conversions for the full-bore M&P pistols.
