SMLE Stock Disc Markings

I need some help to decipher the stock disc markings on my Enfield No1 Mk3*.
I have searched the different unit/regiment lists but haven’t found anything that seems to match what I have. I’m assuming from the stamp next to the disc it’s probably a Canadian unit.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

Royal Montreal Regiment is a great suggestion but that doesn’t account for the “B.” That doesn’t seem to match any regiment name I could find.
I assume the 10 29 is the date of issue?
What is the significance of the “E” at the top and the “2” at the bottom?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
