I have an ES350b Mauser I do believe 1936 vintage. (22 LR)
I also own Jon Speeds book on Smallbore Mausers.

You would think I could find one page with rate of twist for any klienkalibre Mauser and you would be mistaken.

Does anyone know rate of twist my model of German rifle?

Much thanks in advance.

I have no personal experience with Mauser rimfire rifles, but according to a poster knowledgable about Mauser rimfires on RFC the 340 had a 17.7:1 twist rate.

Thank you sir!

Couldn't remember that odd number and there's so many blueprints in German is this book. Also it can be hard to read someone's copied printing circa 1935-36.
Sometimes info such as this very hard to find.

Cheers
