Got these two guns in a deal with a bunch of other rifles. There are 2 Snider Enfields that I would like to know a rough value of to decide if I will keep, or sell them. First is a coplete (except for the cleaning rod)3 band. Built in Britan, issued in Canada. It's an 1861 mark 2. It was poorly stored and is quite rusted in the chamber and barrel. The exterior metal has spotty rust, with some pitting. Alot of the rust will clean up, but not all of it.
The second is a shotgun. There is no lock and hammer assembly, just the block(no firing pin) all metal is about the same as the other. The wood has been sporterised (I assume it's not originally short, though I could be wrong because I don't see signs of a cleaning rod hole in the forend. The barrel has a bad dent at the end, and would need to be shortened by about half an inch.
